Poetics of Desire – the Birth of Language
   

Portraits of Melancholia and Mother’s Portrait (Durer) are visited to form a textual link to crafts, the experiences of ‘absence’ and its corollary: forming new language. The work is installed to sensitively interact with viewers’ perceptions of space in relation to ‘traditional’ languages.
