Body Fictions (Routing Violence)
   

Three hand embroidered phrases together form a triptych to make a nursery rhyme, a rudimentary step in the making of literature. Hand embroidery and the language of textiles, in a way, become silent tools for the body to channelize itself in the writing of its own kind of fictions.
Triptych. Size: 32”x 29” each (without mount)
Materials: Hand Embroidery on Fabrics- Unbleached Cotton fabric, Monga Silk, Velvet fabric, Faux Fur, and Enamelled Copper.
Installation: glass framed, to be mounted on the walls.
